Your First visit

We are sure you will find your first visit to Arkaba Dental to be a warm, welcoming and pleasant experience. Our friendly team are always happy to help and our modern practice is very comfortable.

For all new patients to Arkaba Dental we require an information sheet to be completed so we suggest that you arrive about 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you ample time to complete the form.

Location and Parking:

Arkaba Dental is located at 176 Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton. There is easy access to the surgery with ample, close-by car parking available in the Arkaba Village car park. Our practice is also wheelchair accessible.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

– EFTPOS

Payment is requested on the day of treatment.

Claim On-The -Spot

At Arkaba Dental our friendly reception staff can process your dental claim for most dental insurance companies via our HICAPS terminal. Following the processing of your claim, there will only be the gap payment which we ask to be paid on the day.

Concessions

We accept Veteran Affairs patients, the General Dental Scheme, Emergency Dental Scheme and Pensioner Denture Scheme.

We are also a member of the ‘BUPA provider network’

Arkaba Dental has been a BUPA provider since the beginning of the BUPA provider network being introduced. As a BUPA member when you attend our surgery you can receive a rebate of between 60% to 100% on most general dental services. The amount of the rebate will depend on your level of cover.

Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 5.30 pm

Friday – 8.30am to 12pm

Later appointments are available by arrangement
